Shane then gained further expertise working with JLL before founding Fleming Real Estate in 2016, serving high-profile clients such as McDonald’s, Circle K, and private investors.
Shane is also the creator of a successful YouTube channel dedicated to educating the public on the property market. The channel has garnered over 12,700 subscribers and nearly 1 million views.
