Frank Masterson was appointed Group Property Manager in June 2023. He joined CIÉ Group Property in March 2001, following his qualification in surveying from Bolton Street.
Frank began his career in the property department of what is now Transport for London, gaining valuable experience in managing and developing transport-related property assets.
With over twenty years’ experience in the sector, Frank now leads the management of CIÉ’s property portfolio, focusing on maximising the value and potential of the Group’s assets in support of its strategic objectives.
