Alan is a Co-Founder and serves as CEO and Member of Venture Teamat Elkstone Partners. He serves as a Board Member at Thriftify Technologies and CheckVentory Innovation. He was formerly Finance Director at EBS Bank and a senior partner at PwC. He serves as a Board Observer at Manna Drone Delivery. Alan founded Elkstone in 2011 which specialises in securing access to exclusive diversified investment opportunities across real estate, venture, private equity and credit, as well as catering for traditional exchange-traded assets.
Elkstone’s dedicated real-estate team focuses on the ‘living sector’ – PBSA, Private Rented accommodation, and housing – and manages a €2+ billion portfolio and pipeline with over 5,000 properties across Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast, and Galway. The firm recently announced a partnership with Harrison Street to develop up to 1,500 PBSA beds in Ireland.
