Eddie Byrne is CEO and Board Director of I-RES REIT Plc, Irelands largest provider of rental housing, which owns and operates over 3,650 apartments and houses across Dublin with a total property value of over €1.2bn. I-RES is a long-term investor in the Irish residential market, pursuing strategic pathways to add long-term value. Eddie has over 25 years of experience in the Real estate industry and prior to joining I-RES Eddie was Joint Managing Partner at Quintain Developments Ireland, where he co-established the Irish business, growing it into one of Ireland largest home builders. Prior to his work at Quintain Eddie held Senior positions at Hudson Advisors managing Lone Star Fund’s Irish Commercial Real Estate Assets and his earlier career was spent working across a number of Financial Institutions across their Wealth Management and Lending businesses in Ireland and the US.
