Fiona has worked at the forefront of social and affordable housing delivery in Ireland, since 2000. She set up Tógáil Developments, a not-for-profit development and construction company of which she was CEO until 2007. As Chief Commercial Officer of Clúid Housing she led on a significant growth strategy and held the position of Acting CEO when she left in 2023 to set up her own business. Fiona now works as a freelance
business consultant with Fiona Cormican Consulting and is involved in supporting a number of Approved Housing Bodies with their growth strategies. Throughout her career she has been responsible for leading the delivery of over 7,000 homes across Ireland. She regularly contributes to various media platforms as an expert on the delivery of social and affordable housing. Fiona is a graduate of NCAD and holds a Masters in Project Management from the University of Limerick as well as other post grad qualifications in Construction Site Management and Corporate Governance.
