Ian has over 25 years’ experience in the Real Estate/Development industry and is currently Managing Director at Hines UK/Ireland where he co-leads the Development team.
Ian previously worked in the UK/ EMEA region for Tishman Speyer, JP Morgan, Gardiner & Theobald and Arup where he managed the feasibility, design, planning, construction and handover stages of large scale projects in the commercial, residential, rail, highway, pharmaceutical, higher education and local authority sectors.
Ian is a Chartered Engineer both in Ireland and the UK and graduated from University College Dublin in 1997 with an honours degree in Civil Engineering followed by a Masters of Engineering in 1999.
